FyooShuh is a brand of Daabble Explorers private limited.

We do not offer return/refund for the artistic products sold online, as these are one off artistic pieces, largely hand made. A similar product just might not exist or very difficult to reproduce.

However, incase you had ordered our merchandise category of products, which are largely machine made, we will be able to offer similar replacement product.

In case the product is defective, please let us know we shall arrange for a replacement product for the same value.
In an unlikely scenario that we are not able to fulfil your order in time, we shall refund the amount in the same mode of payment.

Shipping and delivery are handled by third party service providers which can be private/government/combination of both carriers depending on location serviced across the globe. The shipping and delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. In general, unless otherwise mentioned, domestic delivery times (India) are 5 to 21 days and international delivery times are 18 to 40 days from the date of order placement on our website. Items once shipped, are beyond our control. We take due care to package the products. However if they face a damage in transit, we will offer placement/refund on a case by case basis provided sufficient evidence of the same is shared with us via email, for example but not limited to images/videos of product, packaging, unboxing etc. In such a case, the defective/damaged product however needs to be returned to our business address before any refund/replacement is released.​

Order cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us on our email id (explorers * at * daabble dot com) OR WhatsApp us on our WhatsApp number (+91 63826 97204) with your invoice details. However, please send the cancellation message or email from the number/email id used while placing the order. We use third party shipping services, hence order cancellation post shipping will not be possible.

•    We shall ascertain the defect and issue replacement/refund as the case may be.
